Mauro Ranallo absent from SmackDown Live for third straight week, WWE UK Championship match set for PROGRESS event

– Mauro Ranallo was absent from SmackDown Live for the third straight week. He did not appear on Tuesday’s show and his status at WrestleMania 33 this weekend is up in the air. As noted, Ranallo’s absence from WWE television is related to his battle with depression, which he has fought since he was a teenager. The show was called by JBL, David Otunga, and Tom Phillips.

– PROGRESS Wrestling has announced that Tyler Bate will defend the WWE UK Championship at their PROGRESS: Orlando event during WrestleMania weekend. Bate will defend the championship against Mark Andrews at the event, which takes place on March 31st.
