Mick Foley comments on how he’s still doing Cameo videos after WWE’s ban on third party platforms



Vince McMahon decided to make a ban on all WWE stars using third parties like Twitch and Cameo. That edict went into action over the weekend with various stars shutting down their accounts.

Paige came out saying that she would continue to stream on Twitch. Mick Foley is also one of the stars that has continued to use his Cameo account where he charges $100 per video.

As of this publishing, his Cameo account is still up and that has led to some curiosity as to how he’s allowed to do so.

This is something that he talked about while doing an interview with Wrestling Inc. According to Foley, WWE is just letting him do it for now.

It’s not clear as to whether he’s under a legends contract with the company although it’s likely as he did make two recent appearances on WWE programs such as The Bump and the Hell in a Cell Watch Along.

"It's a sticky point," Foley admitted. "They're kind of letting me be for now. I just did The Bump for WWE. I'm doing a watch along on Sunday night. So we're all getting along. I think it's somewhere they don't want to rock the boat. I love doing them. One of the things about this pandemic is its kind of brought on loneliness as its own pandemic of sorts.
