WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley is actively raising funds for wrestlers in need through the Cauliflower Alley Club (CAC) during his current one-man show tour.
When asked about five matches he’d want to live on forever, Foley listed:
- His “Mind Games” match with Shawn Michaels (September 1996).
- His “Backlash” match against Randy Orton (May 2004).
- His New York City Street Fight with Triple H (January 2000).
- A surprisingly intense house show match with Vader in Manchester, UK. “I can’t believe we’re doing this at a house show,” he recalled thinking.
- His first Japanese no-rope, barbed-wire deathmatch against Terry Funk (January 10, 1995). “We tore it down because we understood that the Japanese media contingent was there and half a million fans were going to see what we did… It was more brutal than the cell… It does hold up, I think, as an example of the lengths we were willing to go to put this little promotion on the map.”
