Mick Foley is back at pushing Vader to be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame.
Foley and Vader had a highly profiled rivalry in pro wrestling so it only makes sense for the former WWE Champion to be behind this possible induction.
In fact, Foley had been lobbying to get Vader into the Hall Of Fame earlier this year when the ceremony was still slated to take place before it was nixed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Vader’s son tweeted today about their rivalry, which got a response by Foley, who wrote the following:
“I LOVED working with your dad! I geared up for every match with @itsvadertime like it was #AliVsFrasier. In my opinion, Vader’s absence is the most glaring and obvious omission from the #WWEHOF.”
Pops absolutely loved working with @RealMickFoley and their Halloween Havoc match was easily one of his favorites. The only thing I remember pops saying is that the shovel really hurt. Lol 🖖

WWE wants to do the ceremony with fans in attendance so the 2020 class will take place next year should fans be allowed to attend.
Previously announced for the 2020 Hall of Fame included the likes of the NWO, Batista, The Bella Twins, Jushin Thunder Liger, “British Bulldog” Davey Boy Smith, and more.
