Mick Foley will be part of Sunday’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view. During a segment with Elias, Foley cut an awesome promo where he talked about what happened 20 years ago during his match about The Undertaker. He said that he reached out to Stephanie McMahon about being part of Sunday’s pay-per-view.
Foley then announced that he would be part of the Braun Strowman vs. Roman Reigns Hell in a Cell match for the Universal Championship and he will be stepping inside the cell as the special referee.

This year’s Hell in a Cell pay-per-view is scheduled for Sunday, September 16 and it will take place at the AT&T Center in San Antonio, TX.
