More details on Jerry “The King” Lawler’s new WWE contract

As reported earlier this week, Jerry “The King” Lawler has come to terms with WWE regarding a new deal as his existing contract was slated to expire at the end of this month.

Pwinsider.com reported today that the contract is for two years and will keep him with the company through January 2024.

The WWE Hall of Famer appeared in a backstage segment on this past Monday’s episode of Raw in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee with Rhea Ripley, who was trying to cheer up Nikki A.S.H. Someone came up asking for an autograph and while Nikki thought it was for her, the person wanted Lawler’s signature. Lawler offered A.S.H an autograph to cheer her up, but Nikki just walked away.

Lawler was pulled from the Raw broadcast team in 2020 because he thinks the reason for this is due to his comment about Akira Tozawa.
