Mr. Kennedy Says Tiffany Stratton Was An Athletic Prodigy, But Lacked Early Charisma

Former WWE superstar Mr. Kennedy shared insights into the early training of current NXT standout Tiffany Stratton on “Insight With Chris Van Vliet.” Kennedy revealed he began training Stratton after being approached by family friend Greg Gagne.

“Greg reached out to me and said, ‘Hey, I’ve got this girl, she’s a power lifter and she does gymnastics… She’s a super athlete, really good look, and I want to train her,'” Kennedy recounted. Stratton made an immediate impression with her athleticism. “Right away, day one, she’s one of those people… Alex Findley and Tiffany Stratton, day one, they’re doing perfect flip bumps, landing perfectly.”

However, Kennedy noted that while Stratton possessed natural physical talent, the performance aspect took time to develop. “The funny thing was, I don’t mean this in a negative way, she didn’t have any charisma as far as she just did the work. She didn’t have the character stuff down,” he explained. Kennedy even possesses her first promo, admitting, “it’s not good,” and would seek her permission before ever releasing it.
