Multiple WWE Employees Announce Promotions In Talent Relations

Several WWE employees have announced new promotions within the company, with multiple members of the Talent Relations department sharing the news on LinkedIn, marking a wave of internal movement across the organization.

Aggie Dent revealed she has been promoted to Senior Manager of Talent Relations at WWE, celebrating the milestone with a reflection on the breadth of her experience working across the globe with the company before stepping into her expanded role. “134 shows in 11 countries,” Dent wrote. “I’ve recently been promoted to Senior Manager of Talent Relations at WWE. Loving the hustle of this job. On to the next adventure.”

Kasey Kralik also announced a new position within the Talent Relations department, stepping into a managerial role and expressing enthusiasm for the team she will be working alongside. “I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Talent Relations Manager at WWE,” Kralik wrote. “Looking forward to working with such an awesome team. Thanks to everyone who has supported me.”

Thomas Schiller has also announced a new role within TKO and WWE, adding a third name to the wave of internal announcements that have emerged from across the company’s leadership structure in recent days.

Talent Relations is responsible for contract negotiations, managing relationships between WWE management and its roster of performers, facilitating communication on creative decisions, and handling the logistical and personal needs of talent on the road.

The internal movement comes at a time when WWE is about to reach its biggest event of the year as WrestleMania 42 approaches on April 18 and 19 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
