MVP calls out fans for hating zombie lumberjack match while loving The Undertaker

Fans heavily criticized WWE for booking the zombie lumberjack match between The Miz and Damien Priest at WWE WrestleMania Backlash. The match was to promote Zack Snyder’s new “Army of the Dead” movie on Netflix, which stars Batista.

MVP took to Twitter to mock fans for having double standards as fans they love The Undertaker, which is a deadman gimmick, yet hating the issue with zombies in pro wrestling.

He first wrote, “I think zombies in wrestling are stoopid. Also… Undertaker is the best!!!!!!”

In another tweet, he wrote, “I don’t “have” to “defend” anything. Just pointing out the ridiculous hypocrisy. Taker didn’t eat people. But he was a DEAD MAN. He could teleport and shoot lightening. He was buried alive. But no, he didn’t eat people. That’s just too unbelievable.”

It should be noted that Chris Jericho also ripped WWE for doing this as he stated it “set wrestling back 30 years.” The New York Post also came out with their own article noting the match was “one of WWE’s saddest moments ever.”
