New Jim Ross blog: WrestleMania pregame, Triple H/Daniel Bryan, and more

Jim Ross’ latest blog entry is up at JRsBarBQ.com. As always we recommend that you check out the full blog. Here are some highlights:

On the WrestleMania 2 hour pre-game show

Anxious to see how the two hour pre game show for WM30 turns out. I think the pre and post game shows can be a legit asset for WWE if they are smartly produced and the talents step up and deliver provocative content. The upside of these programs are limitless.

On the Daniel Bryan/Triple H/WWE title storyline

The WWE has gold a magnificent Daniel Bryan/HHH/WWE Title scenario story. Now the challenge is to get other story lines at or near the same level. The history of any WrestleMania is that most cards are essentially a 2-3 bout show and the best one’s are where  a non main line, main event match over delivers and steals the show. Shawn Michaels vs. Kurt Angle is a good example of such. The early Money in the Bank Ladder matches fit that description as well.

Jim Ross will be in New Orleans and tickets are available if you want to attend

The recent Live Nation Press release regarding my two shows coming up in New Orleans during WrestleMania week at the French Quarter House of Blues contained the wrong date. My shows are on THURSDAY APRIL 3 at 6:30 and 9:30 pm. Tickets are still available at the box office and ticketmaster.com. We’ll have a great time, have some laughs, tell plenty of stories and most of all get you involved with your No Holds Barred Questions and Answers. The VIP meet and greets with autograph and photo ops are right after both shows. Several wrestling personalities are coming, or so they say, so it should be an all star group of folks at both shows. We will also have JR’s products at the Merch stand there as well. I hope you join me and, again, the correct date is THURSDAY APRIL 3.
