New Match Announced For Tonight’s WWE SmackDown

WWE has made a new addition to the lineup of tonight’s episode of SmackDown.

Previously announced for the show include Carmelo Hayes reportedly taking on a returning injured star, Kevin Owens and Cody Rhodes speaking ahead of their Undisputed WWE Championship match at Saturday Night’s Main Event and the WWE Women’s US Title Tournament semifinals. The semifinals will see Bayley vs. Chelsea Green and Michin vs. Tiffany Stratton.

WWE SmackDown GM Nick Aldis confirmed this afternoon that Solo Sikoa will take on LA Knight on tonight’s episode of SmackDown. This comes a week after Solo, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga attacked Knight as he confronted WWE United States Champion Shinsuke Nakamura.

Nakamura dethroned Knight as US Champion at Survivor Series: WarGames.
