There are online reports going around about a new idea for the WWE Hall of Fame. Apparently WWE is considering inducting an actual match into the Hall of Fame. The idea being discussed is to induct the main event from WrestleMania 1 which featured Hulk Hogan and Mr T (cornered by Jimmy Snuka) against “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff (cornered by Bob Orton).
The idea came about because WWE is running low on main event names that can headline future Hall of Fame ceremonies and this would give them a reason to bring back some big names like Hulk Hogan.
Mr. T has turned down previous offers to join the WWE Hall of Fame but is open to the idea now.
