The second hour of the 25th anniversary of WWE Monday Night Raw kicked off with The Miz challenging for Roman Reigns’ Intercontinental Championship. Just before the match got started, they introduced General Managers from the past Teddy Long, John Laurinaitis, Eric Bischoff and Daniel Bryan on the stage area. The Miz then made his entrance and got into a stare down with Bryan.
As for the Intercontinental Championship match, The Miz won the match after Reigns was rammed head first into an exposed turnbuckle. This would be Miz’ 8th time as Intercontinental Champion. If you missed the show, then you should really make an effort to go back and watch it on DVR. If not for the returning Superstars, but for the atmosphere. The NYC crowd is one of the hottest Raw crowds in a long time.
