News on another match planned for tonight’s WWE Raw

WWE Monday Night Raw

WWE has announced only two matches for tonight’s episode of Raw so far, but those bouts will feature gold on the line.

For the last week, WWE has been advertising Randy Orton defending the WWE Title against Drew McIntyre, which could be saved as the main event, and The Hurt Business (Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin) challenging The New Day (Xavier Woods and Kofi Kingston) for the Raw Tag Team Titles. The betting odds are out for these matches.

Fightful Select reports that as of this afternoon, WWE already had the framework for the script of the show. In fact, the company is planning a bit of a "Survivor Series preview" in the way of booking Sheamus, Keith Lee, Riddle and Braun Strowman taking on Retribution.

It should be noted that plans change all of the time in WWE so this could easily change before the show goes live on the USA Network.

Lee, AJ Styles, Sheamus, Strowman, and Riddle are slated to wrestle Team SmackDown (Kevin Owens, Jey Uso, Seth Rollins, Baron Corbin, and an unknown wrestler) in Men's Traditional 5-on-5 Elimination Match at Sunday’s Survivor Series pay-per-view event.
