Nikki Bella Gives Update On Breast Implant Injury

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Garcia, aka Nikki Bella, has provided an update on the breast implant injury she sustained on this past week’s episode of Monday Night Raw. While she is still awaiting a definitive diagnosis, she confirmed that the implant is still intact despite being swollen and painful.

An Unfortunate Heat Spot

The injury occurred during a match when Nikki took an elbow drop from Piper Niven, causing one of her breast implants to shift out of place. The news became public after her sister, Brie, mentioned it on a live radio show, leading to concern from fans and colleagues alike. Speaking live from SummerSlam on SiriusXM’s The Nikki & Brie Show, Nikki addressed the situation.

Nikki Garcia: “Okay. You want to know what? I literally had told Brie all of this in private and when she said it live about my implant, I was like, “Are you kidding me?” and then yesterday, it’s everywhere about my implant. I keep getting text messages. I was just backstage, and everyone kept coming up like, you know, “Is that okay?””

“I Don’t Know Yet If It Exploded Or Not”

When asked for a direct update on her condition, Nikki explained that while she is still in pain, she believes the implant has not ruptured.

Brie Garcia: “But is it? We’re all wondering.”

Nikki Garcia: “I’ll know later. I don’t know yet if it exploded or not. It still seems intact. It’s swollen. It hurts, but I think it might be fine.”

The interview was recorded just hours before the SummerSlam premium live event on Saturday, August 2nd. Despite the injury and uncertainty surrounding her condition, Nikki Garcia did compete later that night in the Women’s Battle Royal, showing her trademark toughness. She has previously stated that she plans to have surgery to get the implant fixed once she retires from the ring.
