The divorce settlement between former WWE wrestler Nikki Bella (Stephanie Nicole Garcia-Colace) and professional dancer Artem Chigvintsev has been finalized, with court documents obtained by TMZ revealing the financial and custodial arrangements. The agreement includes ongoing child support payments from Bella to Chigvintsev for their son, Matteo, as well as substantial lump-sum payments.
According to the reported terms, Nikki Bella will pay Artem Chigvintsev $3,500 each month in child support. This regular payment is designated for the care and upbringing of their young son, Matteo. This arrangement underscores a commitment to shared financial responsibility for their child post-divorce.
In addition to the monthly child support, the settlement outlines a significant six-figure payout from Bella to Chigvintsev. The documents reportedly state she is “forking over a six-figure lump sum to him — $100K now, and another $100K before the end of this year,” totaling $200,000. This substantial payment is a key component of their financial separation.
The agreement also addresses other child-related expenses. Nikki Bella will be responsible for covering the full cost of Matteo’s speech therapist. However, the former couple will equally divide the costs for all of their son’s extracurricular activities, referred to in the documents as going “halfsies.”
Regarding assets, the settlement indicates that Nikki Bella “is walking away with all of the trusts in her name.” This specifically includes entities such as Stephanie Nicole Garcia Entertainment and her wine brand, Bonita Bonita, ensuring she retains control of her primary business ventures.
Custodial arrangements for Matteo have also been outlined, particularly concerning major holidays. The agreement stipulates that “Artem and Nikki plan to split up the major holidays when it comes to custody of Matteo — they’ll trade off each year,” allowing both parents significant time with their son during important family occasions.
The finalization of the divorce brings a close to a period that had seen public contention between the two. The report from TMZ references prior events, noting, “cops arrested Artem in August of last year [2024] after he allegedly attacked her.” Following this incident, “Nikki filed a restraining order against Artem,” who then “fired back, claiming Nikki was really the aggressor, and she’d made up everything to pin the blame on him.”
Despite the earlier acrimony, the couple reportedly “reached this settlement back in November 2024.” A judge has now officially signed off on these documents, making the terms legally binding as of May 2025. According to TMZ, representatives for both Nikki Bella and Artem Chigvintsev had not provided a comment on the settlement details at the time of their report.
