– WWE has yet to announce a guest for the “Off The Top Rope” segment that normally airs on ESPNews on Tuesday during the 8:00 p.m. CT hour. Jonathan Coachman hosts the segment. With SmackDown airing live on Tuesday nights on the USA Network starting next week, it will be interesting to see if ESPN moves the “Off The Top Rope” segment to another night or keeps it on Tuesday’s and goes head to head with WWE. We will update this post if a guest is announced for the segment.
-Brock Lesnar now ranks 8th in the UFC heavyweight rankings on UFC.com. Mark Hunt, who lost to Lesnar at UFC 200 by decision in the co-main event, is ranked 9th. There’s still no word on Lesnar’s future in the UFC, but he is expected to appear on the July 19th live episode of SmackDown.
– WWE commentator JBL noted on Twitter that he would be calling a football game for the Abilene Christian University, which is his Alma-mater, later this year.
