This is the kind of thing we should never be dealing with in 2018, but unfortunately, it is a reality.
Kairi Sane is one of the top female pro wrestlers on the planet but she was disrespected in a major way recently at an NXT live show in St. Petersburg Florida. Apparently, people were chanting references to World War II and Asian massage parlors in the direction of the Mae Young Classic winner and it seems that this got to some fans in attendance.
One fan said he was so upset that he was willing to fight whoever chanted those insensitive things out at Kairi while another proposed that the fan who shouted out those things be banned from attending any future NXT events.
But Sane responded in extremely diplomatic fashion when she simply sent out a cartoon picture of a bunch of people holding hands around the world. It’s great she is able to see past those negative chants at her, but it is still a shame she had to deal with them in the first place.

To the guy who yelled, "Remember Pearl Harbor" toward Kairi Sane at #NXTStPetersburg…. I'd like to meet you outside and personally show you how we treat women, let alone Japanese women. You're a piece of shit and I'll spit in your face.
