WWE announced the opening match for tonight’s episode of NXT during today’s episode of The Bump.
Karrion Kross vs Danny Burch will kick off NXT this week. It was also revealed that Kross and former NXT Champion Adam Cole will be on The Bump next week.

WWE has yet to announce Kross vs. NXT Champion Keith Lee for the upcoming TakeOver: XXX event on Saturday, August 22, 2020 in Winter Park, Florida at Full Sail University.
Although not confirmed, WWE could confirm this match booking during this episode of NXT considering the event is over a week away.
Speaking of Cole, he’ll also be appearing on NXT to address getting punted in the face by Pat McAfee last week. They’ll get into the squared circle at TakeOver: XXX. Here is the updated card:
