Tonight’s episode of WWE NXT is set to be one of the biggest of the year, and a new six-person tag team match has been announced to kick off the show. The broadcast will also feature a massive NXT Championship main event, fallout from TNA Slammiversary, and a legendary appearance from The Undertaker.
New Six-Person Tag Match To Kick Off The Show
WWE has announced that tonight’s NXT will open with a six-person tag team match. The team of Hank and Tank (Hank Walker & Tank Ledger) will join forces with ZaRuca (Zaria & Sol Ruca) to take on The Culling (Shawn Spears, Izzi Dame & Niko Vance).
The Undertaker Confronts TNA World Champion Trick Williams
WWE Hall of Famer The Undertaker will be live in the building tonight. “The Phenom” is scheduled to come face-to-face with the visiting TNA World Champion, Trick Williams, just two nights after Williams’ successful title defense in the main event of TNA Slammiversary.
NXT Championship Main Event And TNA Fallout
The night’s main event will see the NXT Championship on the line, as the dominant champion Oba Femi defends his title in a massive triple-threat match against Josh Briggs and Yoshiki Inamura. The crossover with TNA will also continue as TNA’s Director of Authority, Santino Marella, will be in attendance.
Plus, the new TNA Knockouts World Champion and reigning NXT Women’s Champion, Jacy Jayne, will be confronted by Lash Legend and Jaida Parker. Also scheduled for tonight is a celebration for NXT North American Champion Ethan Page, and singles matches between Blake Monroe and Wren Sinclair, as well as Jasper Troy and Ricky Saints.
🚨🚨🚨
After the chaos that unfolded during last week's main event, Hank & Tank will team with ZaRuca to take on The Culling in an Eight-Person Mixed Tag Team Match that will KICK OFF #WWENXT tonight in Houston!
