Otis talks about the void left by Roman Reigns in WWE locker room

Since his absence from WWE, not many WWE stars have spoken about Roman Reigns in interviews. Seth Rollins has and now Otis can be added to that list.

Mr. Money in the Bank did so while doing an interview with SportsKeeda. This is where he discussed the void left by “The Big Dog” since he’s gone on hiatus while the world deals with the coronavirus pandemic.

Of course, Reigns has been out of action since before WrestleMania 36. He has explained that the reason for the hiatus isn’t due to concerns about his health due to the virus, but instead, to be with his family as he had twins born recently.

“Yeah, Roman is just beloved by everybody. The company keeps on going, the train keeps on going and we’re just making sure of the safety. With Roman, I can’t tell you how many times it’s been a joy just seeing him around all the time. For a guy who’s at the top of his game, he has continued to be loved by everybody. We surely miss him and there’s a lot of backstage laughs that we probably miss without him.”

“When he comes back, it’s going to be even more sweeter when he comes back because it’s like ‘there’s our boy, he’s the man, he’s a trained man. I’ll give him a nice big bear hug when I see him. Squeeze him. Not too hard, but to give him a little squeeze. He doesn’t like my bear hugs too much though. It’s gonna be great to see him back and I hope he stays safe.”

Otis also talked about winning this year’s Money in the Bank contract, people comparing him to Dusty Rhodes, and more. You can watch the entire interview by clicking on the player below:
