PAC left WWE in October of last year after becoming upset with the creative direction of his character. He had just dropped the Cruiserweight Championship to Enzo Amore. After walking out on the company, PAC was granted his release from WWE several months later. Since, he has been doing a lot of work for the Dragon Gate promotion in Japan.
He’s expected to start working for plenty more promotions in the new year. In August, Ospreay actually called PAC out after finding out that PAC had finally been granted his WWE release:
Give. Me. PAC.
