WWE Superstars give their bodies in the ring everytime they step into the squared circle which is why they really deserve our respect. They love the business and have molded their lives to accommodate all of the trials and tribulations that the pro wrestling world can throw at them. This is why it is especially sad when a career is cut short, especially one with as much potential as Paige’s. Now Paige is breaking her silence and even though she’s not necessarily saying anything, they say a picture can speak 1,000 words. If this is true, then Paige’s latest Twitter post really does speak volumes.
The Anti Diva posted a picture of her posing for a crowd of people in a WWE ring just before she got to business doing what she loves to do. It is a really sad set of circumstances when someone is forced to retire so young but hopefully, Paige can get back up and dust herself off to discover another part of her life just waiting to be unveiled.
Although there hasn’t been any kind of official announcement just yet, all reports are pointing to the fact that Paige’s retirement is sadly true. Absolution might be down a leader which is not only terrible timing for Paige, but also for Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville.
It wouldn’t be a bit surprising to see #ThankYouPaige become a much more viral social media trend very soon. But at least she still has a treasure trove of amazing memories from WWE even if her career really is finished.
