Former WWE Divas Champion Paige reacted to the in-ring return of WWE Hall Of Famer Edge in the 30-man Royal Rumble match on Sunday night.
She took to her Twitter account where she called Edge’s return the “coolest thing ever” and that it ultimately “gives people hope”.
This marked Edge’s first match back since he announced his return in 2011 after he was diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis. Thus, he was forced to retire from in-ring action.
Paige also suffered a neck injury that forced her to retire. Unlike Edge, there haven’t been any reports about Paige being cleared to return to in-ring action.
