Penta returned to WWE programming on tonight’s episode of Monday Night Raw, intervening during a post-match attack on Rey Mysterio. This marked Penta’s first appearance since the November 24 episode of Raw, where he was sidelined due to a shoulder injury sustained during a match against Solo Sikoa.
Match Recap: Austin Theory vs. Rey Mysterio
Prior to the match, a backstage segment featured Paul Heyman and “The Vision” congratulating Austin Theory on his addition to the faction. Heyman instructed Logan Paul to accompany Theory to ringside for his bout against Mysterio.
In the ring, Theory utilized his strength advantage to control the early portion of the match, targeting Mysterio’s back and sternum. Mysterio eventually rallied, countering a torture rack attempt into a tornado DDT and successfully connecting with the 619. However, before the match could conclude, Logan Paul entered the ring and attacked Mysterio, causing the referee to disqualify Theory.
Winner: Rey Mysterio (by Disqualification)
Post-Match Altercation
Following the bell, Austin Theory and Logan Paul continued to attack Mysterio. Penta entered the ring to intercede, delivering a head scissors takedown to Logan Paul. The segment concluded with Mysterio and Penta performing a 619 on Paul. Click here for complete WWE Raw results.
