Following a victory over Hammerstone at last night’s PCW Ultra show in Los Angeles, Pentagon Jr. addressed the WWE rumors.
For those of you not aware, there’s been interest in him from WWE. They are also interested in his brother Fenix and the word going around is that Pentagon and Fenix have told promoters that they are not taking dates in 2019, a big sign that they are WWE-bound.
Pentagon said, “I am not going anywhere. Penta will be in PCW for many more years.”
We’ll see if that is the case. All wrestlers that are WWE-bound are told not to say anything. Matt Riddle, for example, signed a deal in July but he had to keep quiet until he was shown in the crowd at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 4.
2019 is going to be an interesting year for professional wrestling with so many top names available and WWE having more money to spend on talent.
