As first reported several weeks ago by the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Pentagon Jr. and Fenix told promoters that they were not taking dates in 2019. WWE has shown interest in them and it was widely assumed that both men were on their way there.
However, they will not be able to go elsewhere at this time because of their non-compete with Lucha Underground. The verbiage on their LU deal says they cannot sign with WWE until 2020.

PWInsider is reporting that Konnan is helping with their negotiations with Impact Wrestling on dates for next year and the pair would like to get a raise in pay, which would be hard to deny since they are among the biggest stars on today’s independent scene.
Court Bauer noted on Twitter that the duo is also committed to Major League Wrestling. They will also work on select independent dates whenever their schedule permits.
So, WWE is not in the cards for them in the immediate future.
