The fallout regarding Vince McMahon’s departure from WWE may continue and impact those who have a connection to him.
Exit
McMahon has resigned from all his roles within TKO, including TKO Executive Chairman and on the TKO Board of Directors, following the lawsuit that alleged him to be involved in a sex trafficking and abuse scandal from a former WWE employee.
The overwhelming feeling within the company following McMahon’s departure has been a relief, based on a new report that you can check out here.
Internal belief
Pwinsider reports there is also a belief that Endeavour may sweep out anyone close to McMahon and his remaining team to have a “fresh start” for the company moving forward without McMahon.
Some employees departed from the company once McMahon initially resigned and returned once he forced his way back in last year. The belief after the WWE-UFC merger is their connection to McMahon may be a major negative going forward regarding their status with the company.
It should be noted that although McMahon remains a massive stockholder in the company, he can’t force his way back into power like he did last time in WWE because he is not the majority shareholder of stock and the voting power he once had.
