People in WWE are very upset with Jordan Myles

On the latest Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer and Bryan Alvarez discussed the situation between Jordan Myles and WWE on the racist t-shirt design that was briefly up on WWEShop.com.

The general consensus seems to be that Myles had every right to be upset but he did not do himself any favors with the way he handled everything on social media and many people in the business turned on him for the way he ripped on Jay Lethal.

“There’s a lot of people in WWE who are very angry at him right now,” Meltzer said.

There were some promoters that were willing to book him if he ended up being released by WWE but those promoters took a step back after seeing his tweet about Lethal and now those promoters are not willing to book him if he leaves WWE.

Booker T commented on the situation on his podcast and he did not sugar coat his words, specifically with the way Myles handled everything on social media and he did not like it that Lethal’s name was mentioned. Click here to hear everything that Booker said about the situation.

Myles has not been at the Performance Center in recent weeks and he hasn’t been featured on any NXT shows in over a month so there may have been issues brewing before Sunday when he went public about the offensive t-shirt design.

No word on what WWE plans on doing and it’s rare for them to release wrestlers these days. Hopefully, things get worked out between both sides.

On Monday’s Wrestling Observer Live, Alvarez talked about the Jordan Myles’ t-shirt story. You can hear what he said below.
