Mike Bennett has used his time wisely while in quarantine as the COVID-19 pandemic continues.
Bennett and his wife, Maria Kanellis, were released by WWE in April. The public reason for the budget cuts from the company was due to the economic impact due to the coronavirus.
The married couple is free and clear to sign with any promotion they want as their non-compete deal with WWE expired back on July 15th.
The former WWE star took to his official Twitter account where he showed a photo of him looking in great shape. He wrote the following in the caption:
“Uncertain times often cause great anxiety. The unknown is scary. I’ve always tried to channel my fear of the unknown into things I can control, like working out.I’ve used the last 4 months of uncertainty to try & add some of the weight I lost for 205 Live. Almost at 210 and counting.”
