UPDATE: Daffney has passed away.
ORIGINAL: TMZ is reporting that police have tried to locate former WCW/TNA star Daffney at one of her old addresses but they have yet to make contact with her.
Friends and family of Daffney, real name Shannon Spruill, are extremely concerned after she posted a video on Instagram Live last night that appeared to be suicidal.
The clip included her holding what appeared to be a pistol. Before the video feed stopped, she was heard saying that she wanted her brain to be sent to Boston, where the CTE Center is located. Daffney has been open about her health issues after she took several bad bumps when she worked for TNA.
Mick Foley took to Twitter last night to urge anyone who knows of her whereabouts to please help out. According to her friends, Daffney recently moved to a new residence, which would make it harder to locate her since they don’t have her new address.
