WWE has been running vignettes to hype the return of Curt Hawkins to the SmackDown Live brand for the last couple of weeks. Hawkins was one of the several former WWE stars called to return because the company needs to fill slots on the RAW and SmackDown rosters.
Hawkins is rumored to be backstage at SmackDown Live in Dallas, TX at the American Airlines Center.
Hawkins was released from his WWE contract in 2014. After his last WWE stint, he wrestled for PWG and GFW.
