As noted earlier, they are scheduled to wrestle at the TLC pay-per-view in a couple of weeks so it wouldn’t make much sense to have a conclusive finish on tonight’s show, which is basically a house show that a few extra fans will see on the WWE Network.
For what it’s worth, Rusev and Lashley have wrestled in Last Man Standing matches at the last couple of live events. Basically, what they did was they had Lashley go out to the ring but Rusev would not come out. So the referee counted Rusev out and Lashley was declared the winner. Rusev then would run out after the match and attack Lashley. So Rusev got some revenge but he still lost the match.
At other live events, they have been doing disqualification finishes with Lashley winning.
So, there’s a good chance that you won’t see a real finish tonight since they would likely want to save the big stuff for the TLC pay-per-view.
