On Monday afternoon, it was reported by both PWinsider.com and Louis Dangoor of Wrestle Talk that Charlotte Flair is backstage at tonight’s WWE Raw.
Flair has been off TV for a few weeks due to her testing positive for COVID-19, which she confirmed a week ago. Her father, Ric Flair, indicated last week that she might miss WrestleMania 37, but her fiance, Andrade, mentioned after she made the news public about her COVID-19 diagnosis that he would see her in four days, which could’ve been about her no longer needing to quarantine.
There’s been speculation about WWE adding Flair to the WrestleMania 37 card by making a Triple Threat Match featuring her, Rhea Ripley, and Raw Women’s Champion Asuka.
There just so happens to be a contract signing for the Asuka vs. Ripley title match at WrestleMania on tonight’s episode of Raw from St. Petersburg, Florida at Tropicana Field. Thus, this might be the segment where Flair makes her return.
Also announced for Raw is a Dirt Sheet segment where The Miz and John Morrison’s “Hey Hey, Hop Hop” music video will premiere and Matt Riddle vs. Sheamus.
