According to PWInsider.com, the former WWE Champion, who is currently a member of the Raw roster, is in the building for tonight’s show. While there is no confirmation that he will appear on-screen, his presence has sparked speculation that he could be there for a dark match or a special appearance.
A Stacked Show In Cleveland
Styles is backstage for what is expected to be a major episode of SmackDown. The show will feature a confrontation between the teams of Randy Orton & Jelly Roll and Drew McIntyre & Logan Paul, The Wyatt Sicks defending the WWE Tag Team Championships against Andrade & Rey Fenix, and an appearance by Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes.
Styles is currently in the middle of a high-profile feud on Monday nights. After weeks of stalking The Judgment Day’s Dominik Mysterio, their match for the Intercontinental Championship at the upcoming SummerSlam premium live event was made official on this past week’s episode of Raw.
