Tonight’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown in Lexington, Kentucky, could feature a significant debut that would impact one of the company’s top storylines.
According to a report from PWInsiderElite.com, Hikuleo is in the Lexington area and is confirmed to be at tonight’s SmackDown. His arrival in WWE has been expected for months following the expiration of his contract with New Japan Pro-Wrestling. While it is not guaranteed that he will make his official on-screen debut tonight, his presence backstage is confirmed.
Hikuleo is the younger brother of Tama Tonga and Tonga Loa, who are currently members of The Bloodline. Should he appear, he will likely be involved with the ongoing saga surrounding WWE United States Champion Jacob Fatu and Solo Sikoa.
The report also confirms that Raw superstar Bronson Reed is in town for the SmackDown event. It is unclear if his appearance will be for a dark match or as part of the televised show.
WWE has confirmed that Undisputed WWE Champion John Cena will appear on the show. Ms. Money in the Bank, Naomi, is also scheduled for tonight’s episode.
