CM Punk returned to WWE Raw on Monday night, delivering a promo segment regarding Bron Breakker. Punk addressed his recent absence from WWE television, stating that he was forced to miss the last two episodes of Raw because medical officials would not clear him to fly. He noted that he listened to Breakker speak during those two weeks.
Punk criticized Breakker, referring to the second-generation star as a “cross-eyed neanderthal nepo baby.”
War Games Fallout
Punk responded to Breakker’s recent comments regarding their War Games match at Survivor Series. Breakker had previously stated he was angry that Punk attempted to end his career during the match.
“You didn’t sign up for board games, you signed up for war,” Punk said.
Punk noted that while Breakker’s team won at Survivor Series, Breakker received assistance. He listed the individuals who interfered, citing Brock Lesnar, Bronson Reed, Drew McIntyre, and the faction’s mystery masked man.
“Congrats Bronny, you beat him,” Punk said. “That puts you in line for a title shot. You didn’t do it alone, did you?”
Comments on Paul Heyman
Punk then addressed Paul Heyman, Breakker’s manager. Punk referenced his own history with Heyman, suggesting that Heyman pushes talent into the spotlight before they are ready.
“Ask Paul how many times he took a guy and gassed up and it was too soon,” Punk said. “If I had money for every time he had a gassed-up prospect ready for WrestleMania, I would have a pocket full of dimes.”
“Piss on Your Brain”
Punk addressed Breakker’s recent comments regarding Punk’s wife, AJ Lee. Punk stated that mentioning her shifted the conflict from business to personal.
“I will rip out your eyes and piss on your brain,” Punk said.
He challenged Breakker to a one-on-one confrontation, urging him to appear alone. Punk claimed Breakker would not do so because he lacks “heart” and is unable to carry the company.
References to the Steiner Family
Punk referenced Breakker’s father, Rick Steiner, and uncle, Scott Steiner. He told Breakker to bring his “dumb father” and “dumber uncle,” stating Breakker would need them to beat him.
Punk predicted that after he defeats Breakker, Heyman would leave to find the “next big thing,” Bronson Reed would be reduced to “doing TikToks with internet scammers,” and the masked man would not appear.
“The only person you will have left is dumb and dumber,” Punk said.
He concluded the segment by referencing Scott Steiner’s “Steiner Math” promo.
“Even with Steiner Math,” Punk said, “GTS equals 1, 2, 3.”
