Randy Orton returned to in-ring action at the WWE live event on Monday in Glenn Falls, NY at the Cool Insuring Arena. At this show, the former WWE Champion took on Aleister Black in a singles match that saw Black go over.
Orton hasn’t worked a match since June 10th at a live event against Black. It’s been reported that although he has been dealing with a neck injury, the reason that he’s been away from WWE is due to him having scheduled time off.
Orton was last seen on WWE programming was when he beat Triple H in a match at the Super ShowDown pay-per-view event. This show that took place last month in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia at the King Abdullah Sports City Stadium that aired on WWE’s streaming service, WWE Network.
