Randy Orton says he’s “starting to feel it” after performing the RKO for decades

Randy Orton is one of the most accomplished stars in pro wrestling history as he has been positioned as a top star for the majority of his career. Along the way, he has held many championships in WWE.

Orton is known for his finisher, the RKO. Adding in television, PPV, and live events, the future WWE Hall of Famer has performed the finisher thousands of times.

To promote the Royal Rumble, he did an interview with Fox 2 Now in St. Louis. During it, Orton said he’s started to feel the effects of the popular move.

“Well, it’s quite simple. I jump up as high as I can, grab the guy’s neck and come crashing down to the mat. I’ve been doing it for a long time. I kind of wish I could go back in time and create a finishing move that didn’t entail me jumping up as high as I can and landing on my back. After doing that a couple of thousand times over the last few decades, I’m starting to feel it.”
