Raquel Rodriguez appeared on TMZ Inside The Ring and discussed her aspirations for future matchups. A former eight-time tag champion, Rodriguez has achieved significant success with multiple partners, most notably winning the main roster titles four times with Liv Morgan. The duo has also held tag team gold in NXT, along with Rodriguez’s previous reigns alongside talent like Aliyah and Roxanne Perez.
“Oh my gosh, tag team to win four times. By the way, the greatest of all time. That’s why, because we’re the only tag team to win four times. We’re in the history books,” Rodriguez stated.
The conversation shifted toward celebrities in WWE, referencing the recent involvement of names like Logan Paul and Bad Bunny. Rodriguez noted that she and Morgan have discussed a potential match against music superstars Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion. Rodriguez believes the contest would be a significant milestone for both pairs.
“Liv and I always talked about tagging against Cardi and Megan Thee Stallion. I’m gonna keep putting it out there, because I think Liv and I versus them would just be so iconic for our careers, for their careers. You know, just because we’re the greatest the tag team of all time, and they’re just great at what they do as well. So that’s definitely one for sure,” Rodriguez said.
Rodriguez added that Cardi B, who has appeared at events like SummerSlam and WrestleMania, would be a natural fit in the ring. She even speculated on what specific signature moves the rapper could utilize against opponents.
“Cardi could do a lot, you know, she’s got a lot of body. She’s got a lot [to]work with, I think, like, a lot of her signature moves could be stuff with her butt, for sure, you know, squishing us in the corner, like a stink face…we will keep throwing it out there,” Rodriguez explained.
