Ratings up for taped episode of WWE Monday Night Raw (5/13/19)

This viewership for this week's WWE Monday Night Raw show increased slightly from last week. The show drew 2.349 million viewers, which is 4.7% higher than last week's episode. Last week's episode was the second-lowest non-holiday episode in the history of the show so while an increase this week is a good thing, it's still a long way off from where they were just a couple of years ago.

Raw was helped by the fact that there was no NBA Playoff competition this week. However, the ratings decline from the first hour tells the same story. As you can see below in the hourly breakdown, a large chunk of fans tuned out from the first to the third hour.

Hour 1 - 2.576 million viewers
Hour 2 - 2.391 million viewers
Hour 3 - 2.080 million viewers

Raw was ranked number 6 for the night on cable, behind Fox News and MSNBC. The viewership for next week's show will be interesting because WWE will be up against the Golden State Warriors vs. Portland Trailblazers in game 4 of the Western Conference semifinals.
