Jinder Mahal has been pulled from all live events and it looks like we might not see him on television for a while.
The former WWE Champion noted on Instagram that he is on the mend after suffering a ruptured patella at a live event on June 15 when he was wrestling Ali.
According to Verywellhealth.com, the recovery for a ruptured patella is a minimum of 3 months until you can return to normal daily activities. Doctors say that it will take 4-6 months until athletic activity should be resumed which means that Mahal will likely be out of action until later this year with October being the earliest he can return to the ring.
Mahal noted that his comeback will be legendary. Aside from the injury, things are going well for him because he recently signed a new contract that will keep him in WWE for at least 5 more years.
We send our best wishes to him for a speedy and full recovery.
