Earlier this week, we wrote about Vince McMahon not being backstage at WWE Extreme Rules. Some people wondered why McMahon would not be there since he is at every show.
Basically, the story is that he always takes a week off in mid-July, according to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter. He has been doing that for years. McMahon has famously said that he never takes a vacation but it seems that he has been more open to giving himself time off in recent years.
He was at his Boca Raton home on Sunday night and he was watching the show and in regular communication with Triple H and Billy Kidman.
On a somewhat related note, we know one of McMahon’s neighbors in Boca and we are told that he has been seen in the area working out and, at 72 years old, has an incredibly healthy lifestyle and he is still in tremendous shape for his age.
