Vince McMahon was not at Monday Night Raw this week because he’s getting ready for some announcements on Wednesday about the XFL.
As noted on XFL News, the league will announce teams and logos during a press conference that will stream live on XFL.com, FoxSports.com and ESPN.
The league is also in the process of signing players. Former NFL Quarterback Landry Jones was signed last week and more signings are expected in the next few weeks.

McMahon missing Raw is not uncommon these days. He has also been absent from SmackDown Live shows on some weeks but he’s well aware of what is going on with his shows and oftentimes, he will give out instructions from home or a remote location.
