Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson stars alongside Chris Evans in the film “Red One,” which was released in theaters last month and is coming to Amazon Prime.
It’s directed by Jake Kasdan, who was with The Rock for “Jumanji,” and written by Chris Morgan, who worked with The Rock on the Fast and Furious spinoff movie, “Hobbs & Shaw.” J.K. Simmons, Lucy Liu, Kiernan Shipka, Bonnie Hunt, Kristofer Hivju, Nick Kroll, Mary Elizabeth Ellis, and Wesley Kimmel also star in the film.
It’s produced by The Rock, Dany Garcia, and Hiram Garcia from Seven Bucks Productions and Amazon MGM Studios. The film had an exclusive global theatrical release, pulling in $163 million worldwide and $85 million domestically.
