Adam Scherr, the former Braun Strowman from his time in WWE, appears to be headed to Impact Wrestling.
Dave Meltzer reported in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the former WWE star “is in talks but has not signed but they [Impact] are in talks with him.”
The report noted that anyone coming into the promotion who were part of the latest WWE talent cuts will likely be debuting at the Bound for Glory pay-per-view event next month in Las Vegas.
Last month, the former WWE Universal Champion shared an interesting message on Twitter where he talked about making an Impact, a reference to Impact Wrestling and also used the hashtag, Titan, which appears to be his new ring name.
Also, Impact Executive Scott D’Amore previously stated in a Twitch clip that Impact is currently on the road to “Braun For Glory, which many took as a tease that Scherr could make his promotional debut at the event.
