As previously noted, there was more than one reason why some people were listed on the recent wave of WWE talent cuts.
The reason the company gave to the wrestlers was that they were cutting down on their budget but according to some WWE sources, the vaccination status of some wrestlers played a factor, and the New York Post named Nia Jax as one of the names on the chopping block because she did not get vaccinated. Jax later said that the company never told her to get vaccinated.
Ringside News is reporting, per a source on the creative team, that B-Fab of Hit Row was released simply because "the group was deemed to be just fine without her."
The story notes that there is no heat on Hit Row and the plan is to still use them on television as a trio. PWInsider recently reported that there are plans to feature Top Dolla as the leader of the group and to have him wrestle singles matches.
WWE talent cuts may not have ended for the year. Dave Meltzer reported over the weekend there's around 10 names that were on the chopping block and they may still get released soon.
