REPORT: WWE has tentative plans in place to leave ThunderDome soon

It was reported recently by WrestleVotes that WWE had decided to put a small team together to look into the possibility of running outdoor shows once their deal with the Amway Center expires.

The latest update comes from Gary Cassidy of Inside The Ropes as a new report states that the company has told its wrestlers that there are tentative plans in place to start traveling again.

One source stated that WWE plans to start traveling soon and wrestlers have been told they should not plan any immediate travel of their own accord.

The company also mentioned to its wrestlers that if they want time off then they should ask three weeks ahead of time.

Another source noted that while preparation for a move from the Amway Center is happening right now, WWE has yet to make firm decisions regarding potential future locations.

It’s been well documented that WWE’s deal with the arena is set to conclude on October 31st. It’s still possible that WWE could extend the deal as the company is paying $450,000 to the arena to use the space.
