REPORT: WWE Tough Enough’s Sara Lee Died by Suicide

There is more sad news to report in regard to the tragic passing of former WWE Tough Enough star Sara Lee.

TMZ, citing Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office documents, is reporting that officials stated that Lee took a lethal combination of alcohol and pills and there were “letters of intent” left behind before her death.

The report also says that Lee had “bruises and abrasions” on her head and body at the time of her passing and it is believed to have come from “the injuries in a fall or falls while in an intoxicated state.”

Lee’s final Instagram post was of her celebrating “being healthy snough” to train at the gym after the “first ever sinus infection kicked my butt,” she said in her post.

Last month, PEOPLE.com quoted an “insider” telling them that alcohol may have been involved in her death and that it was “sudden” but that “It wasn’t intentional and it was accidental.” The PEOPLE.com report from last month also quoted the source saying that there weren’t any signs and that Lee was “never that person you would think would do this.”

The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office seems to contradict the PEOPLE.com statement.
