This week’s episode of WWE Friday Night SmackDown closed out with Heavy Machinery against The Miz and John Morrison with Sonya Deville at ringside. The match ended when Mandy Rose, now sporting shorter hair, attacked Deville during the match and the fight spilled into the ring.
In the final segment of the show, Retribution stormed the ring and cleared the ringside are with baseball bats in their hands. They also attacked the developmental wrestlers that were sitting in the fan area near ringside.
Not much is known about who is under the masks but it was made clear that there is at least a couple of women in the group because they were shown attacking one of the female developmental wrestlers in the fan section. As a way to show that they were there to create “chaos,” the group was shown spray painting the ring and the plexiglass around ringside and the announcer’s table was flipped over. The show ended with one of the members of Retribution using a chainsaw to cut the ring ropes.
